Over the past year, NEC introduced new products and solution in the market which not only help customers meet these needs, but also helps our Associates sell smarter solutions. Below are some of the latest developments designed with this goal in mind.
- New Communication Solutions - UNIVERGE UC1 & UC3
- These new and exciting offerings from NEC bring together the best-of-breed components into a comprehensive communications solutions.
- All UC1 and UC3 sales tools revolve around the values and benefits these offerings provide today's businesses.
- UC1 and UC3 sales training courses are currently being developed and will teach salespeople how to sell these products via application selling methods.
- Business Basic Bundles
- These bundles were assembled specifically for the very low-end market space. The two bundles, the Starter Classic and the Starter IP, include:
- InMail: The digitally-integrated voice messaging solution with an intuitive user interface.
- PC Attendant: The UNIVERGE attendant productivity innovation that enables users to transfer and manage calls on-screen with an intuitive graphical user interface (GUI).
- PC Assistant: The UNIVERGE desktop productivity innovation that enables users to manage their telephones on their PCs.
- PC Pro/Web Pro: The system management solution that enables central management of moves, adds and changes (MACs) with an easy-to-use Web browser-based interface.
- Three 12-button display telephones.
- NEC Applications
- AMS (Automated Message System) - This highly versatile application is independent and will work in any communication environment. Messages can be sent via telephone or email and can be interactive. Customers can send friendly reminders or promotional information giving them a true competitive edge.
NEC is currently modifying their Channel Marketing Portal adding several new sales presentations, ROI calculators, interactive demos, etc. and re-aligning the categories so all available sales tools will appear in the correct locations.
