NECSI is happy to announce our affiliation with ConferTel. ConferTel sells voice conferencing service, as well as web conferencing and a web casting product that many of your customers will want to check out.
Your sales reps will find that ConferTel will make your sales presentations easier as they can give each prospect a coupon for 300 minutes (5 hours) of FREE conference calling. All the customer has to do is go on the ConferTel web site (www.confertel.net) and, using YOUR promo (producer) code, sign up for service with credit card or other payment option. The first 300 minutes are free. If they never use more than 300 minutes, there is no charge. Here are the Commissions based on standard and discount rates.
Any customers that sign up and use the service for over 300 minutes, will bring commission dollars directly to your company from Confertel. 20% commission on voice conference sold at the standard rate of 20 cents a minute (26 cents Canada) and that includes 800 number access. If you find a customer getting a better rate, you have some options to quote a lower rate (lower commission) by faxing a copy of the customer's phone bill to ConferTel. ConferTel guarantees (with phone bill proof) to save your customer at least 10% over other conference services. Note that ConferTel has a web service similar to WebEx, but at a lower cost. We plan to send money to NEC Dealers once $100 accrues in your account.
You will get a unique producer code (which will be on the coupon you can print) for each sales rep if you want a commission breakdown. Mail the coupons with invoices and any other mailings you do. Be sure your sales reps pass them out with every presentation, or on a visit to a customer or prospect. Customer must use that code when they sign up for you to get credit. Tell the customer they get the 300 free minutes by using that code. Once they sign up on the web, it will tell them they have 300 minutes. You can also add a link at your web site or even at the bottom or your email (signature line).

Confertel also offers 30 day free use of their Web Conferencing product as well. Regular price is $69 per month for the moderator. If you are just doing a presentation to one customer, you don't need to use a conference bridge.
Their Webcast product is for over 35 users, which sends one way audio over the internet with or without slides.
