When you set up your conference options on the web site (ConferTel rep will help you with initial setup), You can enable a feature that announces each person by name as they come into the conference. Also, you can enable an announcement when someone leaves the conference. Finally,you will get an email report by phone number with the amount of time each person was on the call.
