NEC 2400 Attendant Console

Problem: Off Hook Ring

Older consoles had the switch hidden underneath the clear plastic label below the Release button so you could fix this setting easily.

Newer improved consoles have to be taken apart:

A. Optional: Busy out the console by pressing the MB switch up on the console card

B. Remove screws from the back to remove the BLF

C. View the tiny dip switches on the circuit board below where the BLF was located.

D. Change Switch 8 on Switch Bank #3

E. Reassemble the console and put back in service.
