NEC 2000 -DIGITAL PHONES - OPTIONS FOR LINE KEYS

 

AUTOMATIC INTER-COM.  Press the inter-com button and it will call a pre-determined phone for hands-free answerback response.

 

BOSS-SECRETARY CALLING.  Secretary can answer Boss's call on his line key, then signal via voice call by pressing his line appearnce button again.

 

CALL BACK.  When you get a busy signal on an internal call, press the CALL BACK button.  The system will ring your phone when the other person hangs up.

 

CALL FORWARD-ALL CALLS.  A dedicated button can be used to set call forwarding to another phone (inside or out).  Light reminds you that call forwarding is set!

 

CALL FORWARD-BUSY.  A dedicated button can be used to forward your phone while you're on the phone.

 

CALL FORWARD-NO ANSWER.  A dedicated button can be used to forward your phone if you don't answer.

 

CALL PARK.  Used to park a call.

 

CALL PICKUP.  You can use a dedicated feature button or dial a code to use this feature.

 

CCIS VOICE CALL - We can program a button to change your CCIS network call to another digital phone to be hands-free answerback.

 

DIAL INTER-COM.  Press the inter-com button, dial a number (0-9) for the phone inside your department.

 

DO NOT DISTURB.  You can press a dedicated button to disallow incoming calls, or insure that no additional calls are camped on during an important call.

 

EXECUTIVE OVERRIDE.  If you get a busy, press the Exec Ovr button to send a warning tone and allow you to break into an existing conversation.

 

HEADSET.  This button will allow your headset to go "off hook" and answer a call or get dial tone.  (Requires ADA adaptor)

 

INTERNAL ZONE PAGING.  We can dedicate a button to page all the phones in a department.

 

LAST NUMBER REDIAL.  We can set up a dedicated button for this feature.

 

MANUAL INTER-COM.  You can have an departmental inter-com of up to six multi-line phones.  Lift the handset and press the inter-com button.  All phones receive a tone burst.  Any phone (up to 4) can pick up the handset and talk.

 

MESSAGE REMINDER.  You can use a dedicated button to activate message lights at other phones.

 

OTHER EXTENSION APPEARANCES.  You can have other extensions appear so that you know that person is on the phone.

 

POOLED LINES.  We can stack several WATS or 800 trunks on one button.

 

SAVE AND REPEAT.  Press the button when you get a busy signal to save the number for use later in the day.  Good luck remembering who you were going to call back!

 

SPEED DIALING - ONE TOUCH.  We can set up unused buttons to use part of your personal speed dialing numbers.

 

TRUNK - DIRECT APPEARANCE.  You can see the status of a trunk and have direct access to that trunk.

 

VOICE MAIL ACCESS.  We can progam a speed dial button to call your voice mail system.

 

VIRTUAL EXTENSIONS.  Need a second extension so you can put a call on hold and place another call or for your secretary to call you on?  Want a place to overflow calls during busy peak traffic?                               2000lk.doc 2/14/97
