IPK II - ANI
The IPK II supports T-1 from long distance carriers with ANI-Feature Group D Incoming MF wink start signaling and Outgoing DTMF signaling just like the IPK does. Beware that most carriers will not supply a T-1 in the US in this format. They want DTMF or MF the same for in and out. That means you have to split the T-1 into two routes, and have dedicated inbound routes with MF wink and dedicated outbound routes with DTMF. BUMMER. This is also the same as NEAX PBX's. Other option is to get a ISDN-PRI from the carrier, but it typically costs more per month.
The IPK II can support with ANI/DNIS which the IPK could not. Refer to PGM 34-09-01:
