Call forward notes

If using Call Forward BUSY and you want the call to forward immediately when BUSY you have to change the following:

If the call is a DIL/DID to an extension you have to set 20-09-01 to OFF for that COS. When the extension that is receiving the DIL/DID call is an operator it must be removed in 20-17-01.

For INTERNAL and TRANSFERRED calls 20-13-06 needs to be set to OFF.
