11-07-01 Department Group Pilot Number
1~64 = Groups 1~64
This assigns a pilot number to a group.
Note: All extensions by default are in group 1.
16-01-01 Department Group Name
12 Digits max
This assigns a name to the Department Group
16-01-02 Department calling Cycle (Hunting Method per Group)
0 = Priority Routing
1 = Circular Routing
16-01-03 Department Routing when Busy
This program is used to decide how the systems routes a BUSY call to a BUSY department group member. This only occurs to calls directed to the extension directly not to the pilot number.
0 = Normal (Callers Hear Busy)
1 = Circular (Intercom callers route to a available idle member)
To make the circular routing work you need to assign the following programs:
20-09-07 turn OFF per class of service
20-13-06 turn OFF per class of service.
If one of the phones is assigned as an operator phone when called it will not hunt. To unassign an operator phone use program 20-17-01.
16-01-04 Hunting Mode
0 = When last extension in group is called hunting is stopped
1 = Circular Hunting
16-01-05 Extension Group All Ring Mode
This decides whether a call rings all phones in the department
Group at once or one by one
0 = Manual and will ring one at a time. You can still dial an access
code to force it using program 11-12-09
1 = Automatic and will ring all phones at once
16-01-06 STG Withdraw Mode
0 = Disable (?????)
1 = Enable (?????)
16-01-07 Call recall Restriction for STG
Determines if a call will recall back to the extension that transferred it or not after the timer in program 24-02-04
0 = Disable (Recall)
1 = Enable (No Recall)
16-01-08 Queuing for Department Groups
0 = NO Queuing
1 = Queuing
16-01-09 Department Hunting No Answer Timer
This is the agent hunt timer before it hunts to the next agent
0~64800 seconds
If left at 0 it will never hunt
16-01-10 Enhanced Hunt type
0 = NO Queuing (If everyone is busy caller gets a busy)
1 = Busy (Will hunt to another department member only in a busy
Condition)
2 = No Answer (Calls hunt to a department member only in a NO
Answer condition)
3 = BNA (Calls hunt to a department member is a BNA condition)

By default all extensions are in Department Group 1

These messages will only play if all members of the department group are busy.
22-15-01 1st message wait start time

This is the amount of time the phones will ring before the VRS
picks up and plays the first message

0 = NO Message
1~48 = Messages 1~48
49 = Fixed Message
This is which one of the messages will it play as the first message.
22-15-03 1st Waiting message sending count
0~255
This is the amount of times it replays the message before moving
on to the second message. It uses 22-01-01 as the timer between
messages
