In-Skin Voice Mail Progamming – Version1
This list shows the must
program areas for In-Mail to work based on IPKII system defaulted with ESI(8),
SLI(8), COI(8) and an 8-port version any of the following:
VMP/VMS/FMS/CTI/CTP. For voice mail
with less or more port adjust as needed.
Basic Function and pilot
of 200 without Auto Attendant:
10-09-01: Set at least one
resource to “ICM/TRK”.
11-07-01: Set TEL group pilot
2 to 200.
15-02-26: Set to VM (1)to
duplicate IPKI function.
15-03-01: Set extension
117-124 to DP.
15-03-03: Set extension
117-124 to Special.
16-02-01: Put 117-124 in
group 2.
16-01-01: Set group 2 name to
VM Hunt.
16-01-04: Set group 2 to
Circular.
16-01-10: Set group 2 to
Busy/ No Answer.
45-01-01: Set to group 2.
To Route CO Calls to pilot
of 200 for Auto Attendant:
22-02-01: Set all trunks to
be routed to auto attendant to DIL (4).
22-07-01: Set all trunks to
be routed to auto attendant to 200.
To Get Caller ID (CID):
10-02-01: Set trunk access
code.
14-01-22: Allow CID to voice
mail for all CID trunks.
14-02-10: Allow CID for all
Analog trunks.
15-03-09: Used only for
Single Line phones, allow CID display.
15-07-07: Set function key
for incoming CID list display (Function 08).
20-02-08: CID display hold
time (default = 5 seconds).
20-06-01: Set Class of
Service for phones.
20-09-02: Allow CID feature
for class of service.
In voice mail make sure
integration option CID=0,0 is set
