Active Voice started offering 2-hour web-based training sessions on In-Mail via an online meeting solution called GoToMeeting May 1, 2006. These training sessions will be free of charge. Technicians will be able to view an instructor’s desktop via the internet while the instructor demonstrates common features and programming, so there will be no equipment requirements. All that is required is an internet connection. A conference bridge will be provided to encourage discussion among the participants. There is a maximum of 10 attendees per training session.
