General Message
This Feature allows someone to record a message and light the message waiting lamps on specified phones (Defined by Class of Service). If your message light is lit from this feature with the phone on hook press the number 4 and the message will be played to you. You can also go off hook and dial the access code specified in 11-10-21 (Default 611) and the message will be played. After you hear the message the light will go out.
40-10-02 General Message Number
0 = No general message specified
1~48 = Use VRS messages 1~48 as the general message
20-07-14 VRS General Message play
Per Class of service you turn ON or OFF the extensions ability to
Play back the message
This also controls whether or not your Message Light will light up or not.
If your class has this option ON then your light will light up.
If your class has this option turned OFF then you will not get the
light
20-07-15 VRS General Message DELETE/RECORD
Per Class of Service you turn ON or OFF the extensions ability to
Record or Delete the General Message.

This is where you assign the access code (Default 611) to listen to

Personal Greeting
Personal Greeting allows a user to record a greeting to the callers when there phone is forwarded.
11-11-58 Call Forward with Personal Greeting
This is where you assign the access code to set this feature
Default code is 713
20-11-15 Per Class of Service this will Allow or Deny the Feature.

To Activate this feature go off hook and dial SC 713 (Default).
You will either be prompted to start recording or it will just beep depending upon 40-10-01. After you get the beep and you then finish your recording press the # button.
You will then be prompted for a Condition. The conditions will forward your phone and play a greeting to the caller. The conditions are below:
2 = BNA
4 = Immediate
6 = Not Answered
After entering the condition you will be prompted for an extension number. This is the extension number that you want to forward your phone to. Note, you can not forward to a department group pilot number.
After entering the extension you will be prompted for a Type. The Types are listed below:
2 = All Calls
3 = Outside Calls only
After entering this you get 3 different options to either re-record (7), Listen (5), or Erase (3). You can do any of these features or just hang up and the feature is set.
Call Forwarding Park and Page
This Feature uses the Personal Greeting and the Park and Page message. Park and Page will answer an incoming call to your station and play your personal greeting. It will then park the caller and page you with your personal paging greeting. At this point you can go to any available station and answer your call by dialing a service code. This is almost like a call forward all so if you set this at your phone you will not get calls to ring your station.

1 = Used
This enables or disables the system to use the Fixed VRS recordings

31-02-01 Internal Paging Group Number
0 = No Group
1~64 = Internal Paging Groups 1~64
31-03-01 Internal Paging Group Name
This allows you to assign a name to a Internal page Group to be
displayed in the telephone
31-03-02 Internal Paging Splash tone
0 = Normal Tone
1 = Muted (Lower Tone comes out of phone than normal)
2 = No Tone
This is programmed per Internal Paging Group
31-04-01 External paging Zone Group
Used to assign each External Paging Zone to an External Paging
Group
Zones 1~8 = PGDAD External Zones
Zone 9 = Built in Zone on side of cabinet
31-06-01 Paging Start Tone (External)
0 = No Tone
1 = Splash Tone
2 = Chime Tone
Use this to assign the tone that will be played or not played before the External Page
This is programmed per Zone

31-06-02 Paging End Tone (External)
0 = No Tone
1 = Splash Tone

31-06-03 Speech Path (External)
0 = Both Way (For Talkback)
1 = One way
To do talkback paging you must have PGDAD adapter so therefore
Leave zone 9 to a 1.
31-06-04 Codec Transmit Gain (External)
1~63 = -15.5Db ~ +15.5Db
31-06-05 Codec Receive Gain (External)
1~63 = -15.5Db ~ +15.5Db
31-07-01 Combined Paging Assignment
This is used to assign a External Paging Group 0~8 to an
Internal Paging Group 0~64 for use with combined paging
When you dial the combined code default *1 and the External
Group 0~8 you will also call whatever Internal Group is associated
With it
To Activate this feature go off hook and dial SC 713 (Default).
You will either be prompted to start recording or it will just beep depending upon 40-10-01. After you get the beep and you then finish your recording press the # button and then dial 7 to record your personal page.
Record your Personal page that will be sent over the paging then press #.
It will then display Enter a Page Zone. At this point you will enter an access code followed by the location. For example if you want it to page internal group 1 enter 7031. If you wanted to page external group 9 enter 7039. If you wanted to do a combined page use *1 and the group that you built.
It will then as you for the Type. Type 2 is All Calls and Type 3 is Outside Calls only.
After entering this you get 3 different options to either re-record (7), Listen (5), or Erase (3). You can do any of these features or just hang up and the feature is set.
