Presidents report covered. Art Weinrach presented the treasurers report showing the expenses of $33,400 with a balance at the end of the year of $33,317.
Steve Autor was presented with a plaque as founder and first President.
Sheldon Allen presented a quick report on the 2000 committee. A survey has been faxed out to all dealers and is being tabulated. Discussion of LCR memory limitations ensued. Erase LCR default before starting to free up memory. Questions on getting dealer systems updated to 1500 software. ACD software 4.26 works fine. Upgrade CPU and AP01 and MIS. 486DX2 or higher. 1300 software will overflow to ACD.
Ken Jones reported on CTI committee. Rollouts are in progress and pricing isn't out yet.
Unfinished Business:
Ron Brennan and Loretta Porter from Metro Audio reported on the key system survey. Need for lower pricing, small voice mail system. New phones are coming that will provide a mute button via pressing the up and down volume button. Al Clark reported problems on the Electra Mail.
Ingram Micro - Gordon Maccani reported on our discussion with Tom Burger yesterday. Seven VAR's have been signed up and 25 2000's have been sold. Piece parts may be purchased from Ingram.
Mike Fisher reported on the Round Table discussions that are going on. Three sessions have been done so far and the reponse has been very positive.
Steve reported on the Dealer Council voting to set up a home page for the NDA.
Datacom Warranty gave a quick presentation on Datacom Warranty. DW will pay a 1% fee to NDA.
