Minutes of NECSI Board - Sunday, April 4, 2004

Meeting was called to order by Treasurer, Greg Osler. Members in attendance were: Steve Battista, Garry Laxdal, Lawrence Sosna, Gordon Maccani Steve Autor and Barry Simmons. Chris Jackson, Mark Duckworth, Sheldon Allen were not present.
Bobby Horton of RCR was present and described his job functions to the board. RCR has an annual contract that comes due in February of each year. Written notice must be given 90 days in advance by either party to cancel the contract.

Steve Battista made a motion to end the $100 special dues for new members effectively immediately. Motion passed.

Lawrence Sosna made a presentation on a discount program for members that he has been working on. Steve Autor made a motion to post the information on vehicle discounts on the Members Only pages. Motion Passed. Members are encouraged to check out vehicle pricing through Enterprise, but the discount coupon is usable through local dealers as well.
