Membership Lists

Background
From time to time, Dealer Council members get requests for mailing lists for suppliers to mail to our members. While we appreciate the volume of junk mail members already receive, there are instances when it would make sense to provide a mailing list, either on paper or electronically to firms desiring to do business with our membes. We already print a membership list and distribute it, as well as provide some access to our membership via the Internet Directory. The following guidelines shall be used in determining if a mailing list is to be provided.

In order to provide a membership list (either printed or electronically), to a non-member, the following criteria should be used:
1. An organization that has an ongoing business relationship with the NECSI.
2. An organization that has a unique product that works with NEC systems.
All other requests should be approved the officers of the NECSI before providing a membership list. Vendors should be encouraged to place an ad in the NECSI newsletter to also help reach our members.
