Lucent Rebuttal Introduction

This document is a conglomeration of FAX’s sent to the author to help combat inaccurate statements made by Lucent while answering RFP’s.  Although the document is quite lengthy, 40+ pages at last count, it is meant as a quick reference guide and perhaps a point of initial reference when a competitive scenario suddenly crops up.

Please note that their may be spelling errors, grammatical errors and NEC technology errors in the Lucent and NEC paragraphs.  The errors are intentionally left in the document as they are written verbatim to what was received in the Lucent FAXs directly from Lucent via NEC Account Managers and Business Associates.  The NEC Rebuttal sections hopefully do not contain any errors but will help the NEC Sales Force overcome Lucent fabrications.

As a final note, the information contained in this document applies to both the North American market as well as Latin America.  Just substitute 7400 for 2400 or 2400 for 7400.
