Look for bids in your zip codes. The web site you need to
look at is www.sl.universalservice.org.Then click to go to the SERVICE PROVIDERS AREA.
Then go to the bottom of the page and click on SEARCH. At the next page, enter a zip code, and
click on all the boxes marked school/school district/library etc. Then SEARCH. You may have to
use a color printer to print out the Form 470 pages. Warning: federal portion of funds will be paid
direct to you SLOWLY. Add money for interest. You must get a SPIN number. Call (973)
560-4440 so the schools can enter it on their Form 471.
