Sierracom Sierracom has a low cost 38 Ghz for T-1 or E-1.

Glenayre wireless interconnect. Some of their units don 't have electronics up at the dish. That beats having to climb the tower for a service call!

Southwest Microwave. Southwest Microwave T-1 unit starts at $14k for both ends, AND they have a unit with a full T-1 PLUS an Ethernet connection so you can have a full T-1 for voice and run the LAN to LAN stuff separately! ($30K est.) (plus tower, plus install etc.

Utilicom Utilicom sells 56k units for data only. Very affordable.
